Securing Your Date

Your wedding date is reserved once your retainer is received and your bridal agreement is signed. Without both, the date remains open to other inquiries.

Retainers + Payments

Retainers are non-refundable and applied toward your total balance. Remaining balances are due 7 days before your wedding date unless otherwise stated.

Service Minimums

Some dates may require a minimum booking amount. This will be communicated at the time of inquiry.

Travel + Early Start Fees

Travel fees are based on distance, time, and location. Early start fees apply to appointments scheduled before 7:00 AM unless included in your package.

Changes to Services

Services may be added if availability allows. Reductions in services are not permitted after booking.

Cancellations + Rescheduling

Cancellations forfeit the retainer. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new retainer.

Late Arrivals

To maintain your timeline, late arrivals may result in shortened service time without a reduction in rate.

Health + Safety

If you are feeling unwell, please notify me immediately. I reserve the right to decline service if illness is present to protect all clients.

Photography + Portfolio Use

Photos taken during your glam session may be used for portfolio, website, or social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Client Conduct

Respectful communication and professionalism are expected at all times. I reserve the right to refuse service in cases of harassment, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate behavior.
